Introduction
The Part One syllabus is huge !!! Requiring in depth knowledge
in...
There is too much information to possibly learn from didactic
teaching, that's what 2 years of Medical School was devoted to !!
Instead the tutorials are an opportunity for candidates to teach
each other on small sections of the syllabus. Also candidates are
asked to try and create multi-choice questions so as to get used
to reviewing information as an exam question

THE RULES
No MCQs No tutorial.
EIGHT REFERENCED QUESTIONS PER PERSON
To pass the exam you have to do 1000's of MCQs. In order to do this we need to build up a bank of questions and practice creating and answering likely MCQ topics. NO MCQs means you haven't prepared / read anything about the days topic. There is NO new learning at the tutorials only review / revision of material already learned.

a mock MCQ exam of 60 questions. There will be two Mock oral viva sessions
as well.
The Primary Exam is something you need
to get out of the way as soon as you can. So if you are thinking
of Emergency Medicine as a career then you need to get onto it as soon
as possible.
